SAVING THE FRAME
The picture frame is saved in
.pfr format, which is not a .tub file, therefore it is not a picture tube.
You will have to save this file
to the FRAME folder in your PSP directory in windows explorer. The default location
of this folder for PSP 7 is:
C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 7\Frames.
(If you are not using the default Frame
folder for your .pfr frames, please point to the correct location on your C Drive).

SAVING THE PICTURE.
Click on the picture above and save where you
normally save your pics
|
Open the image in your version of Paint Shop
Pro
|
|
|
Click on Image / Picture Frame.
|
|
|
The Picture Frame wizard will open. Select a
frame from the drop down list and click Next
|
|
|
Select your preference for placing the frame
either on the inside or outside ...click Finish
|
|
|
Below is the framed
image, with the frame being on its own layer.
|
|
|
You
can add a dropped shadow to it if you like to give it depth.
Go
to Effects / 3D Effects / Dropped Shadow and use these settings (see image below),
or play around and select your own settings

Below is the final image.
|
|
|
When you save it as a Jpeg, the layers will
be merged into one.
|
