End
of "Life Membership" Option
There
has been some confusion over our discontinuing the option of
"Life Membership" at the end of this month, and I
have received numerous emails in this regard since my last newsletter.
I may not have explained it there properly, so the purpose of
this page is to hopefully clear up any remaining confusion :-)
We
are removing "Life Membership" as an option for new
members. So, from next month no NEW members will be able
to purchase "Life membership".
If
you are already a Life Member then you are NOT AFFECTED by this
at all. Your membership will continue for the life of our
web site. You will never be charged any more money for your
access to our members area.
In
addition to the existing 30 days membership and 6 month membership
options we currently offer (which will be remaining as is),
in July a NEW option will be made available to NEW members.
This will be "Annual Membership" at $24.95 per year.
There
is one VERY IMPORTANT CAVEAT that I would like to mention.
ANYBODY who still has a current membership running at the end
of this month will still be eligible for the Life Membership
should they want it.
What
does this mean ??
You
can purchase a 30 day membership, or a 6 month membership right
now to "check us out" ... and you will still be able
to upgrade to "Life Membership" if you wish (and who
wouldn't .. :-) ) when that initial shorter term membership
runs to its end.
or
You
can grab a "Life Membership" right now and have access
to our huge tube collection for the rest of the life of our
site .. which will hopefully be many years :-)
or
If
you are already a member .. and your membership only expires
at some stage after the end of this month .. then if you wish
to upgrade to "Life membership" after your current
membership expires just drop me an email and I will configure
it for you manually :-)
